✨ Sun Skate - A Festival of Roller Skating - Incorporating World Wide Rollout Day 2025 ✨

We are bringing you an afternoon of (mostly free) roller activities.

From 1:00-3.00pm, we are hosting our annual Sun Skate - a festival of roller skating. You can enjoy some beginner classes, a freestyle roller session and a chance to try roller dance with a beginner roller dance lesson. These sessions are $15 each with class numbers capped. Tickets for classes will open soon.

From 3.30 - 6.30pm we welcome all wheels to our annual World Wide Roll Out Day event.

This is a free, all-wheels-welcome, community focused, body positive and inclusive event, and an opportunity for you and your family, friends and supporters to get together for a fun afternoon.

Join us as we roll around The Basement, a beginner-friendly indoor and outdoor circuit in Toolooa. Ride as many laps as you want, or simply take a seat and soak up the sun as you watch the rolling crew spin by.

There will be food options available on the day and plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the afternoon with the whole community. Bring your friends and make a day of it!

Bring your wheels, protective gear, sunscreen and a hat. And don’t forget to bring your smiles, signs, and good vibes!

⌚Time: Classes begin 1.00pm - Roll out to begin at 3.30pm

🛼Limited skate hire available. Get in early (or bring your own!) on the day for $5. Stay tuned for booking details.

🚗Parking: There is plenty of street parking available.

All wheels welcome? What does that mean?

It means quad skates, inline blades, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, wheelchairs, one-wheels, free skates, buggies, strollers, tandem bikes, and anything else that rolls! Non-wheelers are also welcome to enjoy the afternoon with us. All levels are welcome to participate.

This event is open to public and your participation is at your own risk. We request all attendees to abide by basic rules such as respecting the space of your fellow participants and not moving at excessively fast speeds to avoid harmful collisions.

If you would like to volunteer and be involved in the organisation of the event, or are a vendor who would like to offer your services on the day, please reach out.
