🎄🛼 Merry Mixmas - Santa’s Sneaky Takeover at Roller Studio!

Our usual Tuesday Skate Studio session is getting a festive twist… Santa’s slipping in undercover as not one, but two DJs - BitGeek & DJ LeeLee - to bring a cheeky Christmas Eve Eve Eve vibe to the floor.

Expect smooth mixes, cosy studio energy, playful holiday feels, and plenty of room to roll, practice and hang out. Nothing wild - just good tunes, good company, and a little Santa mischief sprinkled in.

This session is now FREE as a thank you to our incredible community for your support throughout 2025. We’re also welcoming our space to new skaters - so if you’ve been curious, this is the perfect time to come along and see what Roller Studio is all about.

Everyone is welcome. From roller dancers, jammers, blades, beginners, slalom skaters, hoop skaters and even couples roller dancers. Tuesdays are a vibe at Roller Studio. 🛼😎

The sessions are held at our Roller Studio in South Brisbane at VENTspace. The surface is concrete, with some minor faults. It is not 100% polished. During your first session, make yourself familiar with the surface. Your protective gear is recommended, as always.

There will be times when the entire floor may not be 100% accessible as we share the space with other community groups. There may be a few chairs or tables in your way. RDA will ensure we do everything we can to make the space clear prior to entry. If you notice anything that is impacting your skating, please see one of our volunteers and we will address it.

If you would like to hire skates for one of drop in sessions, please be sure to select the correct ticket and include your shoe size.

Roller Studio is not a rink, it's a small studio space designed for practicing roller dance moves, jam skills, slalom moves, or simply coming for a roll.
