About the event
Join us this Saturday night in ice cold air-conditioned comfort for a 1 hour beginner's class with Sofi Cherchyk from The Rollerskating Academy, followed by a 2 hour open skate - a casual and stripped back Secret Roller Disco for the whole family. ✨ Think, open doors, set up disco lights and press play on a super cool playlist. No fuss, no games, no outfit decisions (unless that's your vibe). Everyone is welcome. Come and practice your new moves or learn a new roller dance routine, or just roll around the rink. And did we say, air-conditioned rink? ❄🙌🏼
Tickets are available to purchase separately. You don't have to do both sessions. We will have the class running from 4-5pm, then the open skate will commence at 5pm and close at 7pm. If you are attending the class, please be on time.

- 5-7pm SRD Open Skate for all ages and levels $15
- Or you can buy a package for the class and the open skate for $20.
Meet up with your favourite skate mates and glide & groove to uninterrupted tunes under the glow of funky disco lights.
No skates? No problem. We have a huge amount of size 4-12 skate hire available, with thanks to our friends at Impala. These must be prebooked by 5pm on 26th January. We have a few smaller sizes for the young ones available too, please be sure to contact us prior to 5pm on the 26th to check if we have your size.
Skate hire is $10 with an event ticket. Please complete the form below to secure your size prior to the 26th January Skate Hire Booking Form and be sure to select the Skate Hire ticket. If you are doing both the class and the open skate, you can keep the skates for both sessions.

Open Skate entry from $10-15 for 2 hours of smooth skating from 5.00pm. Buy in advance and save or we will have (Open Skate) tickets available at the door for $20 (until sold out).

Beginner Skating Class 4-5pm
Open for over 16 years of age. If you lack confidence when roller skating or if it's been a long time since you've been on your quads, or you are trying it for the first time, this is the class for you! We will focus on learning how to skate forward and backwards correctly. If you require skate hire, please use the booking form link to request your size and purchase your skate hire ticket. Skate hire must be booked before 5pm 26th January. We only bring prebooked skates to this venue.
